PRACTICE FOR PEACE: A SOCIALLY CONSCIOUS WORKSHOP
Re-center your spirit through yoga philosophy, meditation and a grounding asana practice. We will set up a safe space to connect to the peaceful warrior within— and remember that our practice can give us the inspiration and strength to better serve our community and world. All proceeds will benefit Exhale to Inhale. Suggested donation $20.
Amy Norton came to yoga because she thought it would make her a better dancer, but soon realized it made her a better human. About 10 minutes into her first class with Jasmine, she realized she needed to be a yoga teacher. Amy’s classes are inspired by her love of dance, music, poetry and the simple sweetness of breathing in and breathing out.
