Then Chef Courtney Smith will lead a Juicing 101 Workshop. We will learn the benefits of juicing & sample a few special juices. All procceds support Exhale to Inhale & will bring trauma informed yoga to survivors of domestic & sexual violence.
Sasha Nelson is a yoga instructor, wellness consultant, and sustainability advocate. Combining the yogic principles of sthira (effort) and sukha(ease) with a Californian playfulness, Sasha supports communities and individuals to integrate wellness practices into their modern lifestyles. Through events like Goddess Brunch and Mindful Mornings, and partnerships with eco-conscious brands like Hyde and Athleta, Sasha takes her teachings outside the studio to prove that it’s simple to make Earth-first choices. Whether it’s a strong vinyasa flow, a deep meditation practice, or a fresh Ayurvedic-inspired meal, Sasha is grounded in deep self-study and spiced with swagger - thanks to a background in classical dance, hip-hop and breakdance. She strives to concoct a nourishing cocktail that leaves students feeling refreshed, encouraged and ready to take on new horizons.
