On Sunday, June 23rd, yogis all over the world will unite in practicing yoga for Fierce Calm 108, a global event celebrating international yoga day and raising money for charities, including Exhale to Inhale!

Join us in New York City at 11:00 am at the rooftop at Art + Autonomy Salon in Soho as Tara Sanders leads us through a 75 minute, well rounded, slow flow and mindfulness yoga class. Mats will be provided. Stick around after the class for some refreshments and swag bags, as well as an opportunity to enter a raffle for some fun items, including one week of unlimited yoga at Shaktibarre (any location)!  All proceeds benefit Exhale to Inhale.
