Got a minute? Not for me, for YOU? Level-up your life with an hour of self-care while you enjoy an open-air view of the Empire State Building at the center of our yoga platform. Whether you’ve never tried yoga or you can get your Crow Pose on better than the bird itself, our yoga classes are for you.

This summer, SOL Yoga is hosting invigorating sessions for mind and body at the 230 Fifth Rooftop garden across from Madison Square Park.

Connect with nature as you join in with the greenery for Tree Pose. Not only does every session boast views of the Empire State Building, it provides an opportunity to be instructed by Lana Carmela of Sol Yoga & Oleum Essentials. #solyogarooftop

Class Description
Intensify your mind-body experience by linking it with nature. Watch the sky change from dark to light during Sunrise Yoga. During the second class enjoy gazing at the birds flying overhead while the trees wave at you.

Classes are intended to evoke a sense a harmony, timelessness, and connection to the universe. The union of the self, nature, and humanity is truly felt as she leads you through mini guided meditations and Reiki healing throughout class. After the final full-body relaxation meditation, Lana pampers her students with essential oils and a cool eucalyptus towel.

Lana loves connecting socially so she set aside time after class for some social media fun with the Empire State Building as a backdrop. Join us to revitalize your morning with a truly awakening start!
