Continuing Education

ConEd Dates : April 30 I May 30

Each year Exhale to Inhale is proud to offer an innovative, eclectic lineup of continuing education workshops to support the knowledge of our teachers and growing community of training graduates. Attendees of our trainings learn about the fundamentals of trauma and how yoga can aid and empower survivors in their healing journeys. The continuing education sessions are refreshers on these key ideas as well as a chance to pick up where training left off, delving deeper into advanced concepts and staying up to date on the most topical material.

We are delighted to unveil our 2023-2024 Season which will run from September through May. Just like in past years, these continuing education sessions feature a mix of our amazing trainers and the diverse voices of guest presenters with special expertise on topics such as creating community for the LGBTQ+ community and vicarious trauma. New this season we're opening up all continuing education workshops to the public, so that regardless of experience level you can join us live on Zoom and learn.

The program is absolutely free to all, but we also welcome donations in any amount to help sustain and honor our efforts.

Yin and Restorative yoga can be deeply healing practices - but how do they work, how can they be taught in a way that is inclusive and accessible, and what considerations should we be aware of in order to support trauma survivors? Explore these questions and more in this Continuing Education session with Amy & Matty,  ETI trainers and Yin instructors.
