Trauma-Informed Yoga

Throughout the year, we offer free virtual trauma-informed yoga classes to the public and partner with 90+ agencies to deliver our trauma-informed yoga curriculum to their survivor communities and staff.

Partner Classes

Exhale to Inhale’s work is possible in large part because of the partnerships we have with agencies, shelters, community centers, universities, and hospitals. Our partners help us bring our yoga classes to survivors and the staff who serve them.

Public Daytime Class

Our morning Term 2 morning series will return May 6, 2026!

Taking place over 12 weeks from May 6 through July 22, join us on Wednesdays, 11:30 AM ET / 8:30 AM PT for our morning public class, taught in English, and free to the public.

Each 30-minute class allows you time to check-in with your stress levels, connect with your body, and make movement-based choices. Meet us Live on Zoom and become a part of this supportive community.

Join Our July 14th Yoga Pop Up Class

Join Exhale to Inhale on Tuesday, July 14th from 7:30 PM- 8:15 PM EST for a special 45 minute, trauma-informed yoga class. This class will be one of our two pop up classes being offered this summer, taking place over Zoom, and allow participants globally to check in on their stress levels, reconnect with their bodies, and find a moment to exhale.

This event is free and does not require any special equipment or clothing.

Join Our August 4th Yoga Pop Up Class

Join Exhale to Inhale on Tuesday, August 4th from 7:30 PM-8:15 PM EST for a special 45 minute, trauma-informed yoga class. This class will be our second, and final, pop up class being offered this summer and through this 45-minute practice, participants globally will have the chance to check in on their stress levels, reconnect with their bodies, and find a moment to exhale.

Estas clases por Zoom ofrecen un espacio para pausar, respirar y reconectar contigo. Compartiremos herramientas de atención plena y movimiento suave que puedes usar en cualquier momento de tu día, estés donde estés.

Cada clase dura 45 minutos y te invita a conectar con tu cuerpo a tu propio ritmo, notar cómo te sientes sin juicio, y elegir cómo y cuánto moverte.
