Anna Kull
Partner, Levy Konigsberg, Attorney for Survivors of Sexual Abuse
Anna Kull, Esq. is a partner at Levy Konigsberg LLP and a nationally recognized advocate for survivors of sexual abuse. She is a leader in the firm’s sexual abuse litigation practice, representing individuals in complex, high-stakes cases involving institutional abuse, including matters brought under New York’s Child Victims Act and Adult Survivors Act.
Anna is leading groundbreaking litigation under the New York Adult Survivors Act on behalf of hundreds of women who were sexually abused while incarcerated in New York State prisons. This historic body of cases has exposed decades of systemic abuse within correctional facilities and has become one of the most significant women’s rights battles to arise from the law that reopened the courts for adult survivors of sexual abuse.
She has been at the forefront of holding powerful institutions accountable—from correctional systems to religious organizations and schools—while helping to shape legislative reform aimed at expanding survivors’ access to justice. Her work has been featured in major media outlets, and she is frequently invited to speak on issues of trauma-informed advocacy, systemic accountability, and survivor-centered litigation.
Through her practice, Anna is committed not only to achieving meaningful results for her clients, but also to amplifying survivors’ voices and advancing lasting institutional change.
