Our Impact

Trauma is not only an event but an experience held in the body.

Survivors of domestic and sexual violence face long-term healing. Trauma-informed yoga helps address the physical and emotional aftermath, reducing stress, anxiety, and pain. It’s a scientifically supported, body-based practice that promotes safety and empowerment through choice-based movement, breath work, and nervous system regulation.

Our Research

Exhale to Inhale is working towards a world in which every survivor has access to the healing practices of trauma-informed yoga.
