At the 7th Annual Celebration of Healing Gala, you’ll join a powerful community united in hope, compassion, and action — uplifting the healing journeys of survivors of domestic and sexual violence and helping expand access to trauma-informed yoga that meets each survivor exactly where they are.

Thanks to your support, since 2013, Exhale to Inhale has grown from a single idea into a deeply rooted, expansive network — reaching participants in 35 states and 7 countries, delivering over 15,000 yoga classes to survivors, and training more than 2,000 wellness professionals in trauma-informed care.

This evening is not only a celebration of that impact — it’s a reminder of what’s possible when we come together to create a world where every survivor has access to healing.
